🤝 Get Involved with Caragolets 3D

We are conducting an applied research study to improve access to personalized orthopedic devices using digital manufacturing technologies, such as 3D printing with flexible materials.

This project is aimed at children with specific functional conditions and involves the collaboration of professionals in pediatric physiotherapy.

🧒 For Families

If you are the legal guardian of a child who could benefit from this study, you can participate voluntarily, by providing non-identifiable information such as foot measurements and functional observations to help us design a personalized prototype.

  • Participation is voluntary and unpaid.
  • It is carried out under confidentiality and data protection agreements.
  • The prototype is not a certified medical product, but part of an experimental process.

✉️ Want to participate?

Email us at juatafe@upv.es to request the voluntary collaboration agreement.

The document includes:

  • The study’s purpose and the experimental nature of the prototype.
  • The rights and responsibilities of all parties.
  • Confidential data and image handling procedures.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.

If you are a healthcare professional or a family member, you can fill in one of the following forms depending on the child's needs:
